Safety:The use of doxycycline hyclate 100mg during pregnancy or lactation is not recommended. It is not known if this medication is associated with embryofetal harm or teratological changes.

The combination of Doxycycline+ Lactose is used to treat urinary tract infections (UTI), including chlamydia, and gonorrhea. It can also be used to treat the symptoms of an infection like redness or pain during sexual intercourse.

Doxycycline is a antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to survival andby the synthesis of the essential proteins to fight the infection.
XENICAL contains this medicine in the original brand of penicillin against chlamydia and rheumatic disorders, urinary tract infections, and other bacterial infections. It is a natural product from the Naturalancer brand and has been approved by the Health Research of grade B and a grade C.
Lamterene is a medication used to treat a wide variety of sexual disorders, including vaginal and urinary tract infections. It belongs to a class of medications called type II pyrimids, and by affecting the pectic bacteria in the vaginal and urinary tract it is believed to promote the growth and development of sexual organs.
View.View.Take Xenical by mouth as directed by your doctor once a day, with or without food. You should take this medication in the same manner daily. The usual dose is 50 mg once a day. Your doctor may reduce the dose as needed.
If you forget to take a dose of Xenical, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, take the missed dose immediately. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.
Usually, it takes at least two weeks for Lactose to start working. It normally takes between two and three weeks for full effect.
Yes. Xenical should be taken on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and do not take it without waiting at least 4 hours after your next meal.
Malaria is a serious tropical disease spread by mosquitoes. If it isn’t diagnosed and treated promptly, it can be fatal.
A single mosquito bite is all it takes for someone to become infected.
Symptoms of malaria
It’s important to be aware of the symptoms of malaria if you’re travelling to areas where there’s a high risk of the disease. Symptoms include:
a high temperature (fever) sweats and chills headaches vomiting muscle pains diarrhoea Symptoms usually appear between 7 and 18 days after becoming infected, but in some cases the symptoms may not appear for up to a year, or occasionally even longer.
When to seek medical attention
Seek medical help immediately if you develop symptoms of malaria during or after a visit to an area where the disease is found.

Malaria is found in more than 100 countries, mainly in tropical regions of the world, including:

Preventing malaria
Many cases of malaria can be avoided. An easy way to remember is the ABCD approach to prevention:
Awareness of risk – find out whether you’re at risk of getting malaria before travelling Bite prevention – avoid mosquito bites by using insect repellent, covering your arms and legs, and using an insecticide-treated mosquito net Check whether you need to take malaria prevention tablets – if you do, make sure you take the right antimalarial tablets at the right dose, and finish the course Diagnosis – seek immediate medical advice if you develop malaria symptoms, as long as up to a year after you return from travelling
Side effects
Like all medicines, doxycycline can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
Common side effects These common side effects happen in around 1 in 10 people. Keep taking the medicine, but talk to your doctor or pharmacist if these side effects bother you or don’t go away:
a headache feeling sick or vomiting being sensitive to sunlight Serious side effects Serious side effects are rare and happen in less than 1 in 1,000 people.
Call a doctor straight away if you get:
Bruising or bleeding you can’t explain (including nosebleeds), a sore throat, a high temperature (38C or above) and you feel tired or generally unwell – these can be signs of blood problems.
Severe diarrhoea (perhaps with stomach cramps) that contains blood or mucus, or lasts longer than 4 days ringing or buzzing in your ears
Serious skin reactions or rashes, including irregular, round red patches, peeling, blisters, skin ulcers, or swelling of the skin that looks like burns – these could be signs of a rare reaction to the medicine called Stevens-Johnson Syndrome
Yellow skin or the whites of your eyes go yellow – this could be a sign of liver problems joint or muscle pain that has started since you began taking doxycycline
Headache, vomiting and problems with your vision – these could be signs of pressure around your brain (intracranial hypertension)
A fingernail coming away from its base – this could be a reaction to sunlight called photo-onycholysis
A sore or swollen mouth, lips or tongue
Severe pain in your tummy, with or without bloody diarrhoea, feeling sick and being sick – these can be signs of pancreatitis difficulty or pain when you swallow, a sore throat, acid reflux, a smaller appetite or chest pain which gets worse when you eat – these could be signs of an inflamed food pipe (oesophagitis) or oesophageal ulcer
Serious allergic reactions
Allergic reactions to doxycycline are common and occur in more than 1 in 100 people.
